Hello, and welcome to 3 Mil Wil Hairsalon & Barbershop! My name is Xavier Williams, and I have been passionate about the art of hair since 1980. With over 40 years of experience as both a barber and cosmetologist, I’ve had the pleasure of working with countless clients, helping them look and feel their best.
Located in the vibrant Oceanview community of San Francisco, my salon is a reflection of my love for the craft and commitment to my clients.
